The Local Monitoring Team (LMT) of Peñablanca
has conducted an On Site Monitoring Tool Try-Out in the barangay of Cabasan,
Peñablanca, Cagayan. The project entitled "Joint Monitoring and Evaluation
of the Flood Preparedness of the DRRMP Rescue Team of Peñablanca, Cagayan"
is another venture instigated by the La Salle Institute of Governance and
funded by the World Bank.
